Coordination & Planning

Hosts may use a professional coordinator who is not on this list, but when in doubt, this is a great place to start!

It's important, however, that a coordinator has been to our venues often so that they are familiar with space and policies, and as a result, the event goes as the host expects. If a coordinator does not appear on this list, it may be due to the fact that we have not seen them at our spaces before or with regularity.

If your coordinator has not been to our venues recently, we require that they submit an application (no fee) no later than 30 days before the event, otherwise the host will be required to find another coordinator.
