We require at least a month-of coordinator in order for the planner/ coordinator to submit 1) the schedule, 2) the floor plan, and 3) the list of vendors at least 30 days prior to the event.
Hosts may use a professional coordinator who is not on this list. However, we recommend choosing a coordinator who has been to our venues often. A caterer, florist, or other vendor may not coordinate an event.
If the coordinator has not been to our venues recently, we require that they submit an new application (no fee) no later than 30 days before the event, otherwise the host will be required to find another coordinator.
