We require a month-of coordinator or greater. The coordinator will submit 1) the schedule, 2) the floor plan, and 3) the list of vendors at least 30 days prior to the event.
Hosts may use a professional, Nashville-based coordinator who is not on this list. However, we recommend choosing a coordinator who has been to our venues often. A caterer, florist, or other vendor may be the coordinator.
