SECURITY CHECKLIST

Welcome!

Here is everything you need to know during the event. Please review this checklist carefully. Reach out to us with any questions.

General

  • Come properly and professionally dressed. We prefer no cowboy hats, ball caps with insignia, etc. You are often the first and last impression of our business.
  • Park in the alley behind Clementine or at the school at Ruby. Please do not block the driveway at Ruby with a car.
  • We ask that all clients provide dinner for you as a courtesy.

Event Day

  • Please arrive on time as our events usully have a good number of people arriving at this time.
  • Remain outside of the walls for most of the event at Clementine. Walk around the entirety of Ruby.
  • You may not sit in your car.
  • Assist guests with parking, entry, and other questions.
  • There may be no social interaction with guests other than on a superficial and professional level.
  • Furniture may not be taken outside of the wall at Clementine or outside the building at Ruby.
  • Prevent anyone not associated with the event from entering the premises.
  • Unless there is an emergency, if anyone from the police, fire, health, or other city government department comes to the venue, have them wait outside the gate at Clementine and off premises at Ruby. Collect their information (name, identification, and purpose for their visit) and relay it to the venue manager. Be present when the venue manager interacts with the government employee.
  • Follow the directions of the venue manager.
  • At the end of the event at Clementine, help pick up the traffic cones and take down the gate blanket. At Ruby, help put away the parking sign.
  • Close / lock the front gates.
  • Once all of the guests have departed and the front gates are locked (Clementine), perform a sweep of the inside, including dressing rooms and restrooms (each stall).
  • Walk the venue manager to their car.
  • Food, beverage, floral, or other item left at the event may not be taken home, even if offered by a guest or vendor.
