BAND & DJ CHECKLIST

Welcome!

Here's are the things to know before and during the event. Let us know if you have questions before the event. Reach out to our venue manager on the day of the event.

General

  • Refer to our Clementine or Ruby Event Guide to answer all of your general questions.
  • Refer to the Vendor APP FAQs to answer all of your vendor application questions before contacting us.
  • Any vendor who does not appear on our Approved Vendor list must submit an application, including the application fee, at least 30 days before the event. Unapproved vendors are not allowed on the premises.
  • Events must be loaded out and doors locked by the event end time (often midnight). If your load out will take longer than allotted, let the coordinator know so that the event may end earlier or the client purchases late load-out.
  • Before departing perform a walk-through and check-out with our venue manager.
  • We allow bands of 10 or fewer due to the size of the venue (unless we grant an exception).
  • Please review our Audio specs for Clementine or Ruby as you’re likely to find an answer to most of your questions there.  This includes load-in/out, system, power, dressing rooms, parking, etc.
  • We do not provide an audio engineer.  Our manager will help connect to our system and set master and channel volumes.
  • You are required to connect to our system so that we may broadcast sound throughout the property.
  • You must be separately approved if you want to serve in another vendor capacity (photo booths, lighting, etc.). Nashville does not allow cold spark fountains or sparklers.

Event Day

  • We have a mixing iPad available for band usage if desired. Please let the venue manager know if you would like it. (DJs do not need use of the iPad.)
  • We require a sound check if you are using the house speakers, which we prefer that you use.
  • We do not allow uplighting or other non-stage lighting to be brought in without our approval.
  • Do not use remote control lighting as this may interfere with our in-house LED lighting. A service call fees to correct this will be passed along to the band/DJ.
  • Make sure any item brought in that sits on the wood floor has felt / soft feet.  Tape (including "gaff" tape) is not allowed on the floor. We must pass floor repair costs to the band/DJ.
  • Return XLR receptacle covers at the end of the event.
  • Please throw away your trash, coat hangers, etc. in the dressing room and the stage area.
