Here's are the things to know before and during the event. Let us know if you have questions before the event. Reach out to our venue manager on the day of the event.
General
Refer to our Clementine or Ruby Event Guide to answer all of your general questions.
Refer to the Vendor APP FAQs to answer all of your vendor application questions before contacting us.
Any vendor who does not appear on our Approved Vendor list must submit an application, including the application fee, at least 30 days before the event. Unapproved vendors are not allowed on the premises.
Events must be loaded out and doors locked by the event end time (often midnight). If your load out will take longer than allotted, let the coordinator know so that the event may end earlier or the client purchases late load-out.
Before departing, perform a walk-through and check-out with our venue manager.
Event Day
If you are not an approved florist (merely dropping off floral arrangements), you may not enter the premises.
Do not obstruct walkways or exits or otherwise create a vendor/guest bottleneck with installations.
Do not put out candles along ceremony aisles.
If hanging arrangements in the ceiling, the 22-foot high beams require either a very tall ladder or non motorized (push) lift. Alot sufficient time for rafter installations.
Any subcontractors, such as lift operators, must be disclosed to us and submit a separate vendor application.
Considerately store your materials (leaving an aisle to the sink in the storage room) and considerately use our space for your workshop needs. Thoroughly clean up installation mess it is created as other vendors will use the space at the same time.
Make sure any item brought in that sits on the wood floor has felt / soft feet. Tape is not allowed on the floor. We must pass floor repair costs to the vendor.
When in the rafters, do not unplug any cable and do not knock lights or projectors. We have to pay to have projectors refocused, lights reconnected, etc. and must pass these costs to the vendor.
Before using tape, nails, staples, tacks, command strips, or suction cups get venue manager's approval.
Only use ribbon when affixing floral to the pipes of the organ or any part of the fireplace mantle (no monofilament, wire, etc.).
Sweep up leaves, etc, and remove monofilament line, command hooks, gum, etc. Make sure that flowers, vases and other supplied items are loaded out by either yourself or the planner.
