It is truly great having you in our space! As one of a small number of approved vendors, we have some requests of you in order to keep Clementine clean for the next event.
BREAKDOWN: Breakdown dishes on sidewalk for easy rental company pickup and floor cleaning.
TRASH: Remove all trash. Break down boxes and put other trash in trash bags (found on the shelves) before putting them in the dumpster in the alley. Rinse garbage cans. (Hose adapter for the sink is on the wall by the sleeves.). Do not put new trash bags in the wet garbage cans.
TABLES: Wipe down the stainless tables and then finish them with the beeswax for a nice shine. (This means moving the tables, cleaning sides + lower shelves.)
FRIDGE: Wipe down inside + out / clean glass.
STOOLS: Wipe down if you used them.
WALLS: Wipe off any spills.
FLOORS: Use the mop pad and the mop bucket (adding one of the pre-measured cups of solution) and be sure to get underneath tables. (Hose adaptor for the sink is on the wall by the shelves.)
LOCKERS: Check lockers for personal items before leaving. If you think you have left something, please email us.
